Nice apartment and super close to state street. Location next to the train tracks not ideal but also was not too disruptive in the morning. Some sand on the floor when we moved in but other than that no complaints!

My family and I had a great weekend here. Apartment was clean, organized, and peaceful. Christopher was responsive and very helpful with checking in and while we stayed. Walking distance to state street and to beach. Overall great experience. Would definitely stay again.

We had a very comfortable stay while visiting Santa Barbara. The location of this apartment was great. Just a few blocks away from both the beach and State Street. We were able to walk to both. The unit was upstairs and very private. You even get your own parking spot in the back. The only noise was from the train that runs along the back side of the property. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Santa Barbara.

Great place, as advertised. Clean, comfy beds, and convenient location 5 minute walk to State Street & Cabrillo. Assigned parking spot was a nice amenity as street parking close to the apartment was hard to find. Christopher was super responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
